PropStack (propstack.co.uk) is built to need as little of your data as possible. This page explains, plainly, what we collect, what we don’t, and your rights.
What we collect
Deal enquiries.If you choose to send a deal to us using the email form, we receive the details you enter — your name, email address, phone number (optional) and the deal figures — so we can respond to your enquiry. That’s the only personal data the site asks for, and only when you choose to send it.
Anonymous usage statistics. We use Vercel Analytics, which is cookie-free and does not identify individuals — it tells us which pages are used, not who used them.
What we don't do
No accounts, no advertising cookies, no tracking pixels, no selling or sharing of your data for marketing. The numbers you type into the calculators and the Deal Shaper are not stored on our servers — they are processed in the moment and discarded.
Share links
When you click “Share link”, your deal’s figures are encoded into the link itself. Anyone you give that link to can see those figures — so share it as you would any document, and don’t include information in a deal that you wouldn’t want the recipient to see.
Services we rely on
The site runs on Vercel (hosting and anonymous analytics) and sends email via Resend. Enquiry emails pass through Resend’s infrastructure to our inbox. Property data shown in the research tools comes from HM Land Registry, the Energy Performance of Buildings register and Homedata — your postcode searches are sent to those services to fetch results, without anything that identifies you.
How long we keep things
Enquiry emails are kept only as long as needed to deal with your enquiry and any follow-up, then deleted.
Your rights
Under UK data protection law you can ask what we hold about you, ask for it to be corrected, or ask for it to be deleted. Email deals@propstack.co.uk and we’ll sort it. You also have the right to complain to the ICO (ico.org.uk) if you think we’ve handled your data badly.
Changes
If this policy changes, the date at the top changes with it. Nothing on this page affects the site’s standing disclaimer: PropStack is for research only and is not financial advice.
